  • Lube all fittings
  • Change outdrive oils
  • Check all bellows
  • Check clamps
  • Check zinc’s
  • Remove propellers
  • Grease shaft
  • Reinstall
  • Check oil level and tilt fluids
  • Check steering mechanisms

Mid-Range (plus basic):

  • Remove outdrive
  • Check U joint bellows
  • Grease U joints, check engine alignment, disconnect shift cable from linkages inside boat
  • Check shift cable for smooth operation
  • Install new gasket kit
  • Reassemble all components
  • Drain and fill with new outdrive oil
  • Check oil levels for tilt fluids
  • Check steering mechanisms

Full Service (plus basic and mid-range):

  • Replace water pump
  • Check seals
  • Pressure and vacuum test
  • Remove outdrive
  • Check U joint bellows
  • Grease U joints
  • Check engine alignment, disconnect shift cable from linkages
  • Check shift cable for smooth operation
  • Install new gasket kit
  • Reassemble all components
  • Drain and fill with new outdrive oil
  • check oil levels for tilt fluids
  • Check steering mechanisms
