RETURN and GUARANTEE POLICY

Labor and product warranty is 30 days. Parts carry manufactures warranty only. If customer fails to pay for the completed work, he/she understands Affordable Marine Service will have a Mechanics Lien placed on the vessel and exercise the right to seek unpaid damages in a court of law. If collection is required by a lawsuit or any other method he/she agrees to pay interest until paid in full.
Other fees you may responsible for are collection costs including reasonable attorneys fees. Customer agrees not to hold Affordable Marine Service liable for any loss or damage caused by theft, fire or an act of nature beyond Affordable Marine Services scope.
Specialty parts orders are NON refundable (NO credit given) including engines. Any items such as cuts (hoses), parts, interior items, propellers.
No returns on used parts. Sold “as is”.
Payment:
  • 50% Deposit required at the time of work order submitted.
  • Remaining balance due when work is completed.
  • Boat must be picked up and removed from Affordable Marine Service property within 24 hours of completion of work. No exceptions!
Storage Fees:
All fees for vessels stored on Affordable Marine Service property shall be paid every 30 days. A late fee of $20.00 will be added on to the invoice if paid more than 5 days past the due date. Any boat storage fees left unpaid for over 30 days will be subject to a lien / lien sale.
